The 3rd Joint Trans-Atlantic Fisheries Technology Conference (TAFT) will be held from 15-18 September 2009, Copenhagen, Denmark. The TAFT is a major conference focusing on seafood technology and is a joint event gathering the Atlantic Fisheries Technology Conference (AFTC) and West European Fish Technologists Association (WEFTA) meeting.
